The Logistic Manager — Staff Guide
Contents
This app is a logistics and removals business management platform. As a staff member, you have access to your assigned jobs, work calendar, payroll, chat, and document submission. This manual covers everything you can do as a staff user.
Sign up as a worker/staff member to get started.
Sign in to access your dashboard and assigned jobs.
Before you can see any jobs or shifts, your admin must invite and link you. You accept the link from your Settings page.
Your Dashboard shows only the jobs assigned to you. It has status summary cards (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Overtime), a searchable job list, and quick access to your work.
Filter your job list by status to focus on what needs attention.
Find a specific job quickly by name or address.
View full details of any job assigned to you.
Toggle between grid and list layouts.
Each job has a detail page with a progress checklist, check-in/check-out, photo uploads, and a chat panel for communicating with your admin about that job.
When you arrive at a job site, check in to record your start time and location. This is used for payroll calculations.
Work through the progress checklist for each job. Each step can be ticked off as you complete it.
Take and upload photos to document your work at each stage of the job.
When you finish a job, check out to record your end time. This completes the job and finalises your worked hours for payroll.
If your job includes break tracking, start and stop breaks to record your break time accurately.
If a breakdown, accident, or vehicle damage occurs, report it immediately so your admin is notified.
The Workload page shows all your assigned jobs and tasks in one organised view so you can plan your day.
The Calendar page shows your scheduled jobs in a month/week/day view so you can see what is coming up.
The Staff Work Calendar shows only your assigned jobs and shifts in a dedicated calendar view.
The Chat page has a general channel where you can message your admin/manager and team in real time.
Job-specific chats keep communication organised per job.
You receive push notifications for job assignments, check-in reminders, roster updates, and system updates.
The Staff Payroll Dashboard shows your payroll records, payslips, and worked hours. You can only see your own payroll data.
Open and review your individual payslips for any pay period.
You can electronically sign a payslip to acknowledge you have received and reviewed it.
Your pay is calculated from your actual check-in and check-out times, minus any breaks. Make sure you always check in and out on every job to ensure accurate pay.
Request time off by submitting a leave request. Your admin will approve or decline it.
Track the status of your submitted leave requests.
Upload documents like your driver licence, police check, white card, first aid certificate, and other certifications. Your admin reviews and verifies them.
Track whether your documents have been approved, rejected, or need correction.
If your admin requests a correction, resubmit the document with the required changes.
You will receive an alert when one of your documents is nearing its expiry date.
The AI Assistant lets you ask questions about your jobs, schedule, and work data using natural language.
Check the status of your link to your admin/manager. You can accept pending invitations here.
Update the email address where you receive notifications and payslips.
Control which notifications you receive — job assignments, check-in reminders, roster updates, and more.
Check your account details including your name, email, and role.
Sign out of your account. All your data is saved and backed up — you can sign back in anytime.
The Help Guide has step-by-step tutorials for common tasks.
If your Dashboard is empty, your link to your admin may not be active.
If you can't check in or out, check your GPS and internet connection.
If your payroll shows no hours, your check-in/check-out data may be missing.
If your job data seems stale or missing, force a fresh sync.
If your document won't upload, check the file size and format.
If none of the above solves your issue, use the in-app help resources or contact your admin.
